An Italian band with a Danish name (that means “moonlight” and is pronounced “Moanahskin”), winners of the 2021 Eurovision song contest, a long sojourn in Los Angeles, a Grammy nomination. There’s nothing ordinary about this bold four-piece. Before setting the rock scene ablaze, Måneskin played on the streets of Rome while they were all still at high school, later their cover versions of Beggin’ (The Four Seasons), Take Me Out (Franz Ferdinand) and Somebody Told Me (The Killers) on the Italian version of The X Factor launched their career. Their three albums prove they also know how to write their own hit songs and how to put glam back into rock.
